Scrappy tees are back! Made from 100% merino wool, these tees are collaged together with studio scraps. Sewn by hand in our studio in Haines, Alaska.

Our merino wool t-shirts are the perfect adventure tee for kids. They are light, quick-drying, moisture-wicking and SPF 50. We find they are the BEST layer for hiking, even on rainy or variable days. If they get a little wet, they are still warm and dry quickly. They are also perfect under a merino hoodie!

Our innovative kids clothing comes in "grow-with-me" sizes. This means they are designed to fit kids for several years with long cuffs that roll up and wide roll-over waistbands.

Summer Staple!

These tees are a must-have for active kids! Lightweight, soft, and breathable—just as comfortable as they are cute. Both my big and little kids live in them all summer long. Perfect for hikes, layering, or everyday adventures.

We love that they’re handmade in Haines using studio scraps, and the quality really shows. Plus, Julia (the owner) is incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable about clothing kids for all types of weather. Thoughtful, durable, and absolutely adorable!

Where are our clothes made?

Every design starts in Haines, Alaska at our studio on Main St. We have an idea and we use scrap fabric to bring it to life. If we like it, we proceed to patterning and a studio run.

Our wool comes from New Zealand, where they have a thriving and sustainable merino wool industry, with the highest ethical and eco-standards in the world. After shearing, the wool is sent to Vietnam where it is spun, dyed and knit into fabric. That fabric gets sent to us or our manufacturer where it is sewn up. In addition, some of our wool is "rescued" or "deadstock" meaning it is left-over fabric from larger manufacturers.

Some items are sewn right in Haines, while others are made by a small, trusted manufacturer in Los Angeles, California. Once sewn, all products return to Haines, where they’re finished, packaged, and shipped directly to you.

What is Sustainable Fashion?

Better Materials, Less Waste.

At Wildhaven, we call ourselves a "sustainable clothing brand", but what does that mean? We strive to make clothes that have a minimal impact on our earth. To us, that means using natural biodegradable materials like merino wool and sourcing from ethical factories with the highest eco-standards. It also means making practical durable clothes that last, not just for one season, but for years.
