Wildhaven Wools ships orders from Haines, Alaska. Many of our pieces are made, finished, or packed in small batches, so we appreciate your patience while we get your order ready.

Order processing time

Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days after the order is placed, unless a different processing time is listed on the product page or communicated at checkout.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

If we are unable to ship your order within the expected timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate or offer the option to cancel for a refund, as required by applicable law.

U.S. shipping

We offer free standard shipping within the United States on orders over $200.

The free shipping threshold is based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes or shipping charges.

For orders under $200, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the available USPS shipping options, package weight, destination, and current carrier rates.

Most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 10–14 business days after the order is placed, including our normal processing time and standard carrier transit time.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, rural delivery routes, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery timing.

Shipping methods

Available shipping methods may include USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or other USPS services shown at checkout.

Shipping options and rates are determined by USPS and may vary based on order size, weight, destination, and selected service.

International shipping

International shipping may be available to select destinations. Available options and rates will be shown at checkout.

International orders typically take approximately 2–3 weeks after shipment to arrive, though delivery times may vary by destination, customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, and local postal service handling.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, tariffs, or other charges required by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates unless clearly stated at checkout.

Wildhaven Wools is not responsible for delays caused by customs, import processing, or local postal services.

Local pickup or delivery in Haines, Alaska

If you live in Haines, Alaska and would like to arrange local pickup or delivery, please email us at info@wildhavenwools.com before or shortly after placing your order.

If shipping was charged on an order that is later picked up or delivered locally by arrangement, we can reimburse the shipping charge.

Tracking information

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information if tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking after the label is created.

Incorrect shipping addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Wildhaven Wools is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing may be outside our control.

If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but missing, email us at info@wildhavenwools.com and we’ll help you look into it.

Wildhaven Wools is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, but we’ll do what we reasonably can to help you work with the carrier.

Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email info@wildhavenwools.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the packaging and item.

We’ll review the issue and help determine the next step, which may include a replacement, refund, carrier claim, or another appropriate solution.
