The Services are operated by Wildhaven Wools (“Wildhaven Wools,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting our website, using the Services, creating an account, placing an order, submitting content, participating in a resale or giveback program, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced in them.

Orders and payment

When you place an order through the Services, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and contact information.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, resale activity, or other issues.

If we cancel or modify an order after payment has been processed, we will provide a refund or adjustment as appropriate and as required by law.

Payments are processed through Shopify and third-party payment providers. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers.

Product availability, pricing, and descriptions

We do our best to make product descriptions, images, pricing, sizing information, care instructions, and availability as accurate as possible. However, we do not guarantee that all information on the Services will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Product colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting, or display settings. Sizing and fit guidance is provided to help you choose, but fit can vary depending on the child, garment style, layering preferences, and personal comfort.

Prices, product descriptions, colors, sizes, availability, and product offerings may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update, change, or cancel orders if any information on the Services is inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted.

Small-batch production and natural materials

Many Wildhaven Wools products are made, sewn, finished, or stocked in small batches. Because of this, availability may be limited, and exact replacements or exchanges may not always be available.

Our products may use natural fibers and materials, including merino wool. Natural fibers can have small variations in texture, color, feel, and performance. Pilling, light fuzzing, minor shrinkage from washing or drying, and signs of regular wear can happen over time and are not automatically considered defects.

Please follow the care instructions provided on the garment label and on our website to help your pieces last.

Product use and responsibility

Wildhaven Wools products are designed for everyday wear, layering, outdoor play, and real family life. They are not safety equipment, protective gear, flame-resistant sleepwear unless expressly labeled as such, medical devices, or substitutes for adult supervision.

You are responsible for using products appropriately, choosing the correct size and fit, following care instructions, and supervising children as needed. Do not use any product if it appears damaged, unsafe, excessively worn, or unsuitable for the child or activity.

We want you to love your wools and feel confident in your purchase. Eligible purchases may be covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times may be shown at checkout or elsewhere on the Services. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated.

We do our best to ship orders within the stated timeframe. If an item becomes unavailable or we cannot ship within the expected timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate or offer the option to cancel for a refund where required by law.

Once an order has been shipped, carrier delays, delivery issues, weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances may be outside our control. Please contact us at info@wildhavenwools.com if you need help with a delayed, missing, or damaged shipment.

Gift cards

Gift cards, if offered, are subject to any additional terms stated at the time of purchase. Gift cards are not refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Wildhaven Wools may offer or link to resale, giveback, pre-loved, recommerce, trade-in, consignment, or similar services. These services may be powered by a third-party provider and may be subject to separate terms, conditions, privacy policies, return rules, and eligibility requirements.

If you participate in a resale or giveback program, you are responsible for reviewing the applicable program terms before submitting or purchasing items. Wildhaven Wools is not responsible for third-party platform errors, policies, delays, decisions, or services except where required by law.
