Truly, Wildhaven Wool long underwear is the BEST. My kids reach for their sets all fall, winter and spring. The material is comfy, doesn’t itch and keeps them warm. We are active outside all year, and this long underwear is super versatile. My three kids wear it under snow gear, rain gear, or on its' own to just lounge around the house (like when baking cookies in this picture!) I have to also give a big shoutout to it’s forgiveness when getting thrown in the wash. Life is busy, and we have the best of intentions to always line dry our wool items, but it doesn’t always happen. Wildhaven doesn’t shrink or pill or change at all when thrown (by accident!) in the drier. Finally - it is true that the cuffs are magic! My son has worn the same set for 4 years - and he has grown lots each year! The cuffs are incredible at allowing room for growth and really give this item tons of extra wear time and value. THANK YOU for making such an incredible product!!

I was initially a little hesitant to spend this much on kids clothes but this has been my son's favorite top for the last year. My son also has autism and sensory challenges and loves this top. He would wear it every single day if he could. It gets thrown in the washer and dryer with other clothes and still looks great and all the stains have washed right out. It is light enough to wear alone in the spring and fall when it keeps him warm on chilly mornings and he doesn't overheat on the hot afternoons. I wish you sold larger sizes because I know he will want another when he finally grows out of this. The cuffs really do allow for a lot of growth. I don't know know if we will get a full 3 years of wear but we didn't get it right when he could have first worn it either.

I love supporting another Alaskan mama! Beautiful aesthetic, thoughtful details, and quality product. I bought these leggings with the hoodie. We wear the set year-round in Alaska. Perfect for backcountry trips, they make great jammies too. These layers grow with your child for many years. My daughter will outgrow the 2-4T set soon and we will reorder the next size.

We made the long trek from Palmer to Coldfoot for a fall hunt and forgot to bring the sleeping bags! All four kids had their Wildhaven Wool sets and were able to stay warm and comfortable the entire trip. I will also say they wore them the entire 2 weeks of the trip and were not stinky kids! I could not have been happier with the quality, the feel, the durability, and the look of these woolies. I have tried several brands over the years and Wildhaven Wools are by far my favorite.

I expected to use these mostly for cold outings, but we have 2 pairs and my 1.5 yo old daughter wears them almost daily. They match her other clothes super well, they look good with prints and solids. They aren't itchy like some of her other wool items and she always picks them when I ask her which pants she wants to wear. They wash super well, but don't need very frequent washing. She gets lots of compliments and the grow-with-me feature is so great.

I purchased 5 outfits for my children, a mix of the ultra cozy crew top, explorer merino crew, and ultra cozy jogger pants. My kiddos are picky and 1 has eczema, they all call them their soft cozy clothes and won't take them off. We are in upstate NY so we get cold winters- these outfits kept the kids warm during riding lessons and in the snow. The best part is that they can grow with the kids. I researched many different brands and this is the only brand I could find with pants that didn't look like jammies. I have washed them several times now with no pilling or problems. With such a large family it's important for us to buy quality clothes to be passed down. I'm very happy with my purchase and have 5 more sets in my cart right now ready to buy.

My daughter is 14 months and has been wearing her outfit since she was a newborn. The wool is such a piece of mind for getting outside in all weather. The craftswomanship is fantastic, this will cycle through all of our kids. We are big thrifters and this the is the only new outfit we’ve purchased for her, 100% worth it.

We are so thrilled to support this company! Amazing customer service and wonderful product. These are the only clothes that fit our kiddo from babydom into toddlerhood, and are warm, not bulky, versatile and cute! Julia sent us a patch for free when our leggings got a run in them, and her customer service is really top notch. We’ve bought a new set for our now 2 year old and another for our friends with a baby on the way.

Good quality base layers. Washed up nicely per care instructions. Thankful this is designed to last longer than a year.

The colors are more vibrant in person and is the perfect thickness. My daughter currently wears a 2T so she’s got plenty of room to grow. The price is expensive but so worth it with quality, size range, small business support and repairs included!

I have been a Wildhaven Wool customer since July 2022, when I first bought my infant son his first set of woolies. Not only did the grow-with-me style last us nearly until he was 18 months, but it provided the most comfortable layer we owned. I appreciate that fact that the wool is ethically sourced and environmentally friendly, a huge win for us.

The woolie set has been an amazing base layer for all weather and in Southeast Alaska, we really do get ALL the weather! It is so packable, warm, soft and fast drying that I try to always have a set in my bag as his emergency clothes. Nothing like a soggy toddler to ruin a perfectly good adventure. So, when he falls in the puddle in his cotton pants or walks too far into the waves at the beach I don't have to worry about what will warm him up and keep us out enjoying our day! Simply the best, like I said!

Finally I have just one more boast for this amazing wool set. My son, poor little guy has had the hardest time teething. He could have anywhere from 2-5 teeth coming in at once and it was not pleasant. Worst of all he suffered from intense fevers during his teething. He would sweat at night and I could never get the temperature just right for him. The polyester zip pjs made him too hot and the cotton would just stay wet from sweating and then he would be so cold. I finally realized the answer! I regret it took me longer than I wish to admit, but wool pjs saved us in desperate times!

This wool layer set is so soft and strong. The pants definitely have lots of growing room for my child. However, the crew neck top is very short. With a long torso as it is, I'm afraid the set won't last as long as it's supposed too. I'm excited for my child to get lots of use out of the pants those.

I love how easy it is to make the arms and legs 'grow' with the child. The knee patches are much thicker and larger than most clothing, which is great, because the knees always go first! I do think the knees patches could be a little bit higher up for better placement.

This was our 3rd set of woolies, I got both kids a set to fit immediately and we loved them so much I needed to get the next size up. I was a bit concerned because the material felt sooooo thin when I opened it but they have held up fantastically and are cozy warm. I love the overall patterns and little applique that make them just fun enough without being too flashy.

The only downside was I felt like the torso of the shirt was a little short compared to the rest, both my children had their bellies peaking out before getting close to outgrowing the arms. The extra waist on the pants helped keep them covered some but not quite enough so we had to size up.

The quality of these is amazing! Love that they will grow with kids and they are really thoughtfully designed. So thrilled with this purchase!

I absolutely love my girl’s wool set. She wore her first set so much I had to get a second, and Julia made me a hoodie to match her. These are excellent quality, so cute, and a great natural fiber to have on my baby’s skin. Made to last, I know we’ll be wearing our layers for years to come. I love that Wildhaven Wools is a sustainable company and that I know where our items were made. Knowing the garments are natural, ethically made, and will last my daughter for several years of use make them worth every penny. We were so excited for our babe to get to wear some of these woolies this season! We purchased two different colored sets and they have already become a regular rotation. I love that they can grow with your child, are so soft and easy on the eyes! Will be a lifelong user of these sets:) Such a creative and amazing way to outfit your littles in the alaskan environment and worth the price!

Our new favorite outfit for outside play! My daughter just turned one and the 6-18m fits amazing with room to grow. The reinforced knees are AMAZING for a crawler, they hold up so well. The colors in this are just stunning and the flower patch is the sweetest little feminine touch. The material is super soft but seems to still be really durable from our experience so far.

Easy and fun to pick out color and style!

This was for our 2 year old granddaughter. Though she can’t express her opinion - her mom told me that they fit great and are really well made. You can tell a lot of thought went into their creation by the fact that they grow with the child! Nice and soft and it makes her outdoor play in the winter most pleasant!

There's nothing minimalist about these baselayers except the weight! The contrast neckline and arms is really a nice touch, really adds to them being a very special pair. They are so soft and wash up great - we hand wash really quick in the sink and press in a towel and lay flat on a rack - they dry so fast.

Amazing baselayer set that's made to hand down. I love that they're made in Haines Alaska, my kids adore the appliques and colors (I always love contrast trim!), and they hold up really well and fit perfectly.
